Thyboron Port is the accessible North Sea Base Port and your strategic partner when it comes to installation, commissioning, O&M and decommissioning at North Sea Wind projects.

Close to the offshore wind farms
The port of Thyboron is the closest port to the 28MW Nissum Bredning Test Site, to be constructed from May 2017 to December 2017 via the Port area. And Thyboron port is also closest to the 350 MW Danish Nearshore Wind Farms Vesterhav North and Vesterhav South Wind Farms.

Heavy load quays and storage area
The offshore infrastructure is ready and operational in the port of Thyboron. The new heavy load Offshore Quay (23 ton per square meter) with 15 hectares directly based storage area serve today for the installation of the Nissum Bredning Test site.

Sheltered port
The port of Thyboron has the best sailing conditions on the Danish West coast with an eastbound entrance. Berthing is possible in all weather and the vessels are sheltered from the wind.
