eInfoSys

The purpose of the eInfoSys project has been to develop an energy-efficient electronic control and data system for LED screens and digital signs, along with creating a simulation tool that supports the energy-optimised design of screen systems. In order to achieve low energy consumption, the system is developed for energy-optimised regulation of the frequency and control of light-emitting diodes, as well as optimal image reproduction through improved and adaptive image signal processing.

Project deliverables

  • Specifications and programs for continuously improved versions of a control and data system
  • Test user agreements and reporting of test results from different versions of the control and data system.
  • Description of specifications and design, software tool prototype, and validation results.
  • Documentation of performance for systems; prepared user instructions and measures to ensure IPR protection
