The purpose of this guideline is to establish minimum requirements for wind turbine lifting operations by collating existing and relevant industry guidance. This document considers various aspects of lifting operations, such as planning, inspection, maintenance, competency, etc. in order to minimize associated risks and to improve health and safety relating to lifting operations.
