Weld-Cast End Conference

In the WeldCast project, the partners are developing a game changing welding technology that will enable repair welding and assembly welding of large-scale cast-iron components in wind turbines. This will potentially reduce CO2 emission, energy consumption, time, cost and risk — from manufacturing to repair.

At the conference, you will gain insights to the new welding procedure, repair catalogue, new industry standard on quality and tomography as well as modelling. You can look forward to a live demonstration of the repair welding method, interesting keynote speaks, a mini fair with representatives from FORCE, DTU, Baettr and SGRE/VWS, Q&A sessions and great networking opportunities.
