Business Development Through Consulting

Challenge

Small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the wind industry have great growth potential as sub-contractors to the largest companies in the industry. This requires each individual SME to work strategically with the focus areas that create growth.

Solution

The project offers 30 small and medium-sized companies to undergo a consultancy course that will deal with each company’s specific needs for new knowledge and new competencies. These include system supplier collaborations, standardisation, digitisation, automation and global value chain collaborations – specialisations that can help increase the growth of the participating companies – and in the overall wind energy industry.

“Business Development via Consulting” is part of the Development Program for Subcontractors in the Wind Turbine Industry. The project is facilitated by the Energy Innovation Cluster and Erhvervshus Midtjylland.
